Delicious. The chef is super creative. It is a culinary experience to eat here. The surprise menus are always good. You just have to be open to surprises. Operation is great. Simply good all round. A pleasure

Nice personnel, deco and overall atmosphere. As to the food, the quality generally/almost fits the higher price tag. Though we were positive about the first dishes we tried, which were excellent (risotto; octopus) my partner and myself were somewhat less convinced by the main dishes: Too much seasoning, in both cases (duck; beef). The seasoning in both cases was original and interesting, but used in excessive quantity, too strongly covering the taste of the (high-quality) meat.

Very tasty upscale cuisine with a small menu, but always great dishes. Service very nice and attentive. Always my pleasure.

Food of the exclusive kind, small selection menu with fresh dishes, the specialty of the cook is the sauces. Outstanding. If you like something special, this is the place for you. If you like surprise, you should try the surprise menu. However, this is only possible with a pre-order.

Very delicious. Super Service. Good value for money. Small exclusive restaurant with a nice ambience. The service staff is very polite and attentive. Our duck and schnitzel were very good both in terms of taste and portion size! The Kaiserschmarrn is awesome! It's great that almost all of the products come from the region. The only downer is that the steak comes from Argentina. You would certainly get this in Germany with at least the same quality if you are willing to pay for it. That would go really well with the great restaurant.

We only stayed here for one night. The room was great, the breakfast was delicious and the service very friendly and courteous.

Large kitchen in the small Winsen. If you want to eat well, then a visit is appropriate. It tasted wonderful. We were there with five people and everyone was thrilled. Friendly service and nice atmosphere. You should definitely treat yourself.

The restaurant promises creative cuisine. This promise is undoubtedly kept. A small but very fine card awaits the guest. The card changes every three weeks. There is something for everybody. The service is attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommended

A real pleasure !! Creative food is presented by an equally creative memory card very interesting. And the food tastes good and reveals the chef's art. Very pleasant are the natural and completely unaffected manners of the staff. Spending an evening there is always an experience.

Very interesting, authentic (regional) and monthly changing Map. Had the surprise menu today. Was absolutely great. Price / performance are right here. Very friendly and attentive service. Certainly not the last time here. The best that can be found here in the area (Lüneburg / Winsen).
